Nathan Lee Brewer

Nathan Lee Brewer, 80, of Valdosta, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018 after a period of declining health. He was born in Lumber City, GA on March 17, 1937 to the late Floyd and Myrtice Brewer. Nathan was a retired Air Force veteran who loved serving his country and fishing. He was married to his loving wife Judy for 40 years and was a wonderful stepfather.
Nathan is survived by his wife Judy W. Brewer of Valdosta, his step-daughter, Jill (John) Wentworth of Ringgold, and his grandchildren, Samantha Wentworth, Susannah Wentworth, Laura Wentworth, Joseph Farmer, and Jacqueline Farmer, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters, and a step-daughter, Joyce Farmer.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 11 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery in Lumber City. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 10 a.m. at the cemetery.
