Nannie Ruth Crum

NANNIE RUTH CRUM, 68, of Quitman died Thursday, January 25, 2007 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Berrien County on May 27, 1938 to the late Thomas B. and Eunie Mae Forte Bryan and was a lifelong resident of this area. Mrs. Crum served as assistant manager of the Clyattville Elementary School Lunchroom for many years. She was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Joann Crum Cahill of Quitman, two sons and daughters in law, Mark and Louise Crum of Quitman, John and Beth Crum of Valdosta, seven grandchildren, Brandon Crum, Brandy Crum, Johnathan Hesters, Joshua Cahill, Jessica Cahill, Meredith Crum and Jayson Crum, three sisters, Sarah Nash of Moultrie, Jewel Bryan and Merle Griffin both of Berrien County, four brothers, Grady Bryan of Berrien County, J. C. Bryan of Lenox, Earl Bryan of Adel and Jack Bryan of Cook County. She was preceded in death by her husband, John Mark Crum.

Funeral services will be held at 1pm, Monday, January 29, 2007 at the First Assembly of God, 1005 W. Gordon St., Valdosta, GA 31601 with the Rev. William Cotterill officiating. Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Berrien County. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 7-9pm at the funeral home.
