Myrna Ann Evans

Myrna Ann Evans, 48, of Valdosta, passed away on Saturday, August 13, 2011, at South Georgia Medical Center.

Ann was born May 4, 1963 in Tampa, FL, a daughter of the late Edward Allen and Gwendolyn Keene. She was a member of Loch Laurel Baptist Church, and was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. Ann loved being with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Stanley Evans; son, William Mote; three step-children, Ashley and husband Scott Bennett, April and husband Dave Jones, Stanley Jr. and wife Katie Evans, all of Valdosta; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Cynthia Keating and Debra and husband Jesse McCoy, all of TN; one brother, Allen Keene of FL; her father-in-law, Dewey Evans of Valdosta; two sister-in-laws, Teresa and Eddy Woodfin, and Sonya Rivera and Elwood Godwin, all of Lake Park; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Ann was predeceased by her mother-in-law, Annie Clara Evans.
