Myra M. Miller

Myra M. Miller, 69, of Lake Park, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 26, 2013, at South Georgia Medical Center.

She was born August 15, 1943 in Wildwood, FL, a daughter of the late Warren Yancey and Emmie Crews Corbett. Mrs. Miller was a member of Victory Baptist Church; she loved the Lord and her family.

She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, John H. Miller of Lake Park; three sons, Robert W. Miller of Lake Park, Ray Miller and wife Robin of Pigeon Forge, TN, and Raymond Miller of Anniston, AL; one daughter, Susan Proper and husband Mike of Anniston, AL; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister, Inez Neighbors and husband Dallas of Anderson, SC; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers and one sister.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Miller will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 29, 2013, at Victory Baptist Church, with Rev. Carlton Allen and Rev. Steve Ward officiating. Interment will follow at Carter Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday, July 28, 2013, at the McLane Lakewood Funeral Home, Lake Park.
