Mary Carolyn Walker

MARY CAROLYN WALKER, 80, of Valdosta died Saturday, January 7, 2006 at the Lakehaven Nursing Home. She was born on November 4, 1925 in Barney to the late J. B. and Dora J. Walker. Miss Walker was a member of the Lee Street Baptist Church which is now Crossroads Baptist Church. She worked for many years for the First State Bank and had worked also for Tel-Com Answering Service and the Mailbox Club.

Survivors include twelve nieces and nephews and several special friends. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Grace Walker Tindall and Viva Walker Sharpe and two brothers, Garst Walker and Wendell Walker.
