Madalyn Alane Touchton

Madalyn Alane Touchton, 12, of Valdosta, passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 after a long illness. She was born in Valdosta on April 1, 2008 to Philip A. Touchton and April M. Culpepper. Madalyn was very outgoing, had a big heart and cared about others. She loved to bass fish and do Tik Tok videos. She loved being a cheerleader and had the biggest smile. Madalyn loved the Lord.
Madalyn is survived by her mother April Culpepper, of Valdosta; her father Philip Touchton, of Valdosta; her brother Zachary Touchton, of Valdosta; her sister Abagail Touchton, of Valdosta; a very special cousin, Bailey Tyler, of Valdosta; her grandparents, Linda Touchton, of Tifton, George and Penny Hodges, of Lake Park, and Gary and Susan Touchton, of Clyattville. Madalyn was preceded in death by her grandfather Arthur Culpepper and great grandparents, Quarterman and Mary Nell Touchton, Clinton and Ruth Zipperer, and Mary Touchton.
A funeral service for Madalyn will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2021 at 3pm in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Brother Tyler Carter officiating. Burial will follow at Copeland Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6-8pm at the funeral home.
