July 26, 1959 — September 20, 2016

Leslie Ann Harpe, 57, of Valdosta died Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Waycross Mayo Clinic. She was born on July 26, 1959 in San Antonio, Texas to Dr. James Thomas Page, Jr. and the late Mary Simmons Page and had lived in Valdosta for forty years. Mrs. Harpe was a Senior Systems Analyst with South Georgia Medical Center. She was an all-state tennis player at Lowndes High School and Valdosta State University. Mrs. Harpe enjoyed running, travelling and entertaining family and friends. She was known for her jewelry making and was a lover of animals. She enjoyed driving her convertible living life with the top down!!!.
Survivors include her two daughters and a son in law, Ashley and Shane Leidig of Marlin, TX; Jessica Harpe of Tacoma, WA; her father, Dr. James T. Page, Jr. of Valdosta; two grandsons, Huxley Leidig and Lomax Leidig; two brothers and two sisters in law, James T., III and Jami Page of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Edmund and Julie Page of Valdosta; her sister and brother in law, Valerie Joan and Chris Sawyer of Valdosta; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 11am, Friday, September 23, 2016 in the chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Schappaugh officiating. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-7pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Langdale Hospice House, 2263 Pineview Drive, Valdosta, GA 31602.
