Julie Beaudet

Julie Beaudet, of Hahira, passed away Monday, September 29, 2014, at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

She was born in England, a daughter of Beryl Moss Smith and the late Peter Smith. Julie had lived throughout the United States, including Florida, and moved to Hahira in 2012. She was a Veterinary Assistant at Baytree Animal Hospital. Julie loved her farm and animals in Hahira; she enjoyed gardening, cooking, reading and crosswords. She loved her family.

Julie is survived by her husband, Peter Beaudet of Hahira; her mother, Beryl Smith of Hahira; two daughters, Kayla Sachs and husband Josh of Orlando, FL, and Madeline Carduner of Ormond Beach, FL; a sister, Victoria O'Steen and husband Matthew of Hahira; a brother, Jonathan Smith of Gatlinburg, TN; a nephew, Gage O'Steen of Hahira; two step-daughters and a step-son, Brittani Beaudet, Alexandria Beaudet, and Peter Beaudet, Jr., all of Ormond Beach, FL; two uncles; many cousins; and her beloved animals.

The Funeral Service for Mrs. Beaudet will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, October 4, 2014, at the Chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with The Rev. Dr. Dave Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens.
