Joshua Dean Lunger

Joshua Dean Lunger, 22, of Valdosta died Saturday, November 8, 2014. He was born at Moody Air Force Hospital on March 12, 1992. Josh had been a mechanic and parts representative for Zuma Cycle, was a member of Bemiss United Methodist Church and was President of D C United Car Club. He graduated from Lowndes High School in 2010 and Wiregrass Georgia Technical College in 2013.

He is survived by his wife, Ashley Rena Lunger of Hahira, his parents, Gerald and Dianna Lunger of Valdosta, his brother, Christopher Lunger of Valdosta, his maternal grandfather, Rueben Meisner of Green Bay, WI, his paternal grandmother, Sherry Lunger of Bradenton, FL, mother's in law and father's in law, Christy and Robert Bercume of Hahira, Ricky and Hazel Cooper of Opelika, AL, multiple Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Josh is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Gretchen Meisner and paternal grandfather, Winston Ralph Lunger.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 5-8pm at the Carson McLane Funeral Home. A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday, November 15, 2014 from 1pm until 6pm at the family home at 4123 Pebble Creek Drive, Valdosta, GA 31605.
