Joseph Charles Blake, 62, of Lake Park, Georgia died Friday, October 16, 2009 at Holly Hill Nursing Home. He was born in St. Paul, Minnesota on May 5, 1947 to the late Jesse Virgil and Lucy Ann Robinette Blake. Mr. Blake was a machinist and a Catholic.

He is survived by his wife, Regina Ann Minichello Blake of Lake Park, two sons, Joseph Blake and Jerald Blake of Minnesota, daughter, Miranda Fucco of Florida, adopted daughter, Jolene of Minnesota, several grandchildren, four sisters and two brothers in law, Lucy and Jack Burris of Arizona, Rita VanValkenburg of Iowa, Dorothy and Doug Ripley of Florida and Carolyn Germschied of Minnesota, one brother and sister in law, Michael and Cindy Blake of Panama, one sister in law, Holly Blake of Illinois, several nieces and nephews. Mr. Blake is predeceased by two brothers, David and Gerry Blake, two brothers in law, Vern VanValkenburg and Thomas Germschied.

Memorial services will be held Sunday, October 18, 2009 at three p. m. at Christ The King Episcopal Church with Father Stan White officiating. His cremains will be buried in Naperville, Illinois. Condolences to the family may be expressed online at mclanefuneralservices.com.
