Johanna Mueller Freeman

Valdosta - Johanna Mueller Freeman, 79, died Monday, December 31, 2007, at the Langdale Hospice House after a short illness. Born in Wiesbaden, Germany, Mrs. Freeman had lived in Valdosta for the past 39 years. She was retired from Civil Service as a vocational counselor. She was Episcopalian.

Mrs. Freeman is survived by her daughter, Helen Freeman of Atlanta, GA; son and daughter-in-law, Lee and Terri Freeman of Lakeland, FL; daughter-in-law, Vicki Freeman of Valdosta; and two (2) grandchildren, Lauren and Eric Freeman of Lakeland, FL. She was preceeded in death by her: husband, Benjamin Freeman; Son, Benny Freeman; and grandson, Ben Freeman.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, January 3, 2008 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Carson McLane Funeral Home with Dr. Skip Van Nus officiating. The burial will follow in McLane Riverview Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 2, 2008 from 7 until 9:00 p.m..
