Jane Mosley

Jane Mosley, 53, of Valdosta, died on Monday, May 20, 2019 at South Georgia Medical Center. She was born in Manila, Philippines on June 26, 1965 to the late Feriolo Nual Nuas and Myra Rose Samson Thomas. She was employed with Walmart as a cashier and attended St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church. Jane was a gentle force who was known for her kind nature, her unconditional love for her children, and her home cooked meals that she prepared for her family and friends. She was especially famous for her lumpia which everyone enjoyed. Jane had a giving spirit; she was giving to a fault. She was an exceptional listener and gave sound advice, a diligent worker, had an infectious laugh, and loved to be silly. She spent most days with her dogs, was an avid bingo player, and was a beloved member of the local FIL-AM (Filipino-American) community.
She is survived by her husband, Neil M. Mosley of Live Oak, Florida; her son, Jason Mosley of Valdosta; two daughters, Marah Mosley of Pensacola, Florida, and Marissa Mosley of Orlando; her mother, Myra Rose Thomas of Fairfield, California; her siblings, Alan Samson of Fairfield, California, Louie Samson of Manila, Philippines, and Reynaldo Noble of Manila, Philippines, and Heather Thomas of Fairfield, California; her fur babies, Pachino and Goliath; numerous nieces and nephews. She preceded in death by her father, Feriolo Nual Nuas; her sister, Cheryl Samson, and her brother, Dennis Samson.
Services for Jane Mosley will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 24, 2019 in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home with Father Dawid Kwiatkowski officiating. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. The burial will take place at a later date and time in Fairfield, California.
