Jack Hampton Rouse

Jack H. Rouse, 80, of Valdosta died Thursday, December 22, 2011 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on January 10, 1931 in Sycamore, GA to the late Isaac Carlton Rouse and Willie Irene Abernathy Rouse. Mr. Rouse was a member of the Valdosta First Church of the Nazarene.

Mr. Rouse is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Danny Rouse. He is survived by his sister in law, Barbara Rouse of Valdosta, two nieces, Beverly Avera and her husband, Stuart and Tammy Griffin and two great nephews, Timothy and Tyler Griffin.

Graveside funeral services will be held Monday, December 26, 2011 at two p.m. at Sunset Hill Cemetery with Reverend Brian Sayre and Reverend Charles Barden officiating.
