Herbert Leroy Pace

Herbert LeRoy Pace, 86 of Valdosta, passed away Wednesday October 30, 2019 at his home following a brief illness. He was born on October 6, 1933 in Alton, Illinois to the late Herbert George and Altinnie Butler Pace. He was a proud a veteran of the United States Army. Herbert was a loving husband to his late wife and wonderful father and grandfather.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Gary and Lisa Pace, a daughter, Katherine Holbert, all of Valdosta; grandchildren, Ashley Long, Dusty Quine, both of Calhoun, GA; Austin Burham, of Valdosta, and Cash Quine of Calhoun, GA; great grandchildren, Zeplin Long and Jensen Long; nephews Craig Pace and Dee Pace of Godfrey, Florida; a special friend John W. Johnson of Valdosta. He was preceded in death by his brothers in law and sisters in law.

Graveside Services for Herbert LeRoy Pace will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at Love Joy Cemetery in Stockton, GA with Mr. Marvin Greene officiating.
