HARVEY BOX, 68, of Valdosta, died peacefully in his sleep at South Georgia Medical Center on Wednesday, October 8, 2008. He was born in Waycross on October 12, 1939, a son of the late Remo and Stella Taylor Box.
He leaves behind a son and daughter-in-law, Bo and Peggy Box of Valdosta; three grandchildren, Chris and wife Kristy Box of Sparks, and Josh and Breana Box of Valdosta; two great-grandchildren, Katelyn and Alexis Box; a brother Tommy Box of Nashville; three sisters, Mary Box of Nashville, Louise Ryans of Waycross, Joann Box of Homerville; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased in death by a sister Estelle Box.
