Felton Howard Tyson

Felton Howard Tyson, 75, of Hahira died Thursday, November 23, 2017 at his home. He was born in Adel, Georgia on April 3, 1942 to the late Ethridge Wilson and Dollie Bell Mixon Tyson and had lived in Hahira most of his life. Mr. Tyson was a member of Pineview Baptist Church and a Mason. He loved his family, fishing and hunting. Mr. Tyson was retired from Ferrell Gas Company. Survivors include his wife, Linda Little Tyson; his children and their spouses, Timothy Howard and Kimberly Chafin Tyson, Todd Franklin and Collette Summers Tyson, April Lynn Tyson all of Hahira; his grandchildren, Amber, Josh, Morgan, Shelby, Emily, Blake; four great grandchildren; his brother and sister in law, Lloyd and Marsha Tyson of Hahira; two sisters and a brother in law, Elizabeth Tyson of Palatka, FL, Leera and Jack Zeigler of Hahira; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11am, Monday, November 27, 2017 in the chapel of Martin/McLane Funeral Home with Rev. Phillip Badley officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Cemetery in Hahira. The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 4-6pm at the funeral home.
