Faye C. Corbett

Faye C. Corbett, 92, of Lake Park, passed away on Thursday, May 17, 2018. Faye was born in Echols County, GA on February 22, 1926 to the late Mitch Carter and Ida Hughes Carter. She was a member of Sardis Baptist Church.
Faye is survived by her son Derrick Corbett, her daughter Vanessa Fletcher, both of Lake Park, her grandchildren April Lehman, of Lake Park, Nicole Tucker, Haley Tucker, and Kristin Tucker, all of Smyrna, GA, her great grandchildren Reece Lehman, Rylee Lehman, and Ryder Lehman, all of Lake Park, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Ernest W. Corbett.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Sardis Baptist Church with Brother Stanley Luke and Brother Jim Sandlin officiating. Burial will follow at Carter Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5-7 p.m. at Carson McLane Funeral Home.
