Eldon Dale Workman, 93, of Valdosta, died on Tuesday, August 8, 2023, at South Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness. He was born on January 7, 1930, in Ft. Scott, Kansas to the late David Andrew and Gladys Mae Barker Workman. Mr. Workman had been involved with the printing business for most of his life and had retired after serving as a foreman with Vessel’s Printing Company. Mr. Workman has been a resident of Valdosta for the past few years and was a member of Park Avenue Church.
He is survived by his wife, Elsie Workman of Valdosta; his son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Nancy Workman of Valdosta, and grandson, Jason Giddens, and great granddaughters, Claire Giddens, and Caroline Giddens.
