Donna Suzan Mccraven Kuehn

Donna Suzan McCraven Kuehn, age 60, of Valdosta, GA, was called to Heaven peacefully at her home on Sunday, January 10, 2021. In pure Donna fashion, she said “I’m going to Glory!”
Donna graced this world on September 28, 1960 in El Paso, TX., she was the daughter of Jerry D McCraven and the late Joyce L McCraven of Rock Hill, SC.
Donna is survived by her loving husband Keith Kuehn of 38 years. She also leaves behind her daughter, Jeri Joyce Kuehn Franklin (Leon), two grandsons, Markus and Christian all of Valdosta, GA.
She was stationed at Myrtle Beach Air Force Base, where she met the love of her life, Keith, while both serving their country in the US Air Force. She was stationed at several Air Force bases throughout the US as an AMMO Personnel Admin., in Iraq as the Human Resource Manager with KBR, and most recently, although a Veteran, she worked as the Human Resource Assistant at Moody Air Force Base.
In addition to her mother, Joyce, she was preceded in death by her son, Matthew Keith Kuehn and granddaughter, Emalee Joyce Franklin.
She also leaves behind 3 sisters, Debra Sackett (the late Scott Sackett) of San Antonio, TX, Sandra Minneo (Jim) of Manchester, CT and Tammy Ford (Tex) of Kerrville, TX, as well as many nieces, nephews and too many friends to mention.
On Wednesday, January 13th, the Kuehn family will hold a memorial service for Donna and will receive friends and close acquaintances at Carson McLane Funeral Home (2215 N Patterson Street, Valdosta, GA). The visitation will start at 1:00 pm., the service will follow at 2:00 pm, and the gravesite service will be at Cat Creek Cemetery following the service. Family will receive guests at the Kuehn residence at 5134 Mellow Drive, Valdosta, GA following the graveside service.
