Donald Eugene (Don) Miles

DONALD EUGENE (DON) MILES, 70, of Valdosta died Saturday, February 18, 2006 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on March 23, 1935 in California to the late Abb Dillard Miles and Evelyn Ford Miles and had lived in Valdosta since 1964. Mr. Miles was a retired electrician, a mason and a member of the Northside Baptist Church. He loved NASCAR and riding his Harley. Mr. Miles helped his wife with Sandy’s Poodle Salon and Sandon Kennel.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Sandra (Sandy) Miles of Valdosta, three daughters and two sons in law, Linda Kay O’Neill of Saugas, MA., Karen and Jim Shockey of Newnan, GA., Tami and Bill Amiot of Tallahassee, five grandchildren, Jimmy O’Neill, Myles O’Neill, Jon and his wife, Patricia Shockey, Patrick Shockey and Anna Amiot. He was preceded in death by a sister, Virginia Hubert.
