David Wayne Driggers

David Wayne Driggers, 54, of Valdosta died on Monday, November 9, 2015 at South Georgia Medical Center following a lengthy illness. He was born in Sacramento, California on February 6, 1961. Mr. Driggers had been employed with Bayliner as a Hull Supervisor until injuries forced his early retirement. He was a lover of the great outdoors and loved to hunt and fish. He was a generous person who would do anything to help those in need and was very outgoing. He also loved to tinker with small engines to get them in good running condition.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Mary and Terrice Paulk of Clyattville; a sister and brother-in-law, Vicki and Ray Cross of Morven; a brother, Henry Anderson Driggers of Valdosta; two sisters, Anna Lassetter of Valdosta and Teresa Lee of Marysville, California; 3 children; 7 grandchildren; an uncle, James Driggers of Sacramento, California; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Charles Driggers.

A graveside service for David Wayne Driggers will be held on Thursday, November 12, 2015 at 11 a.m. at the Sunset Hill Cemetery.
