Christopher Tab Harrell

Christopher Tab Harrell, 58, of Valdosta, died on Friday, April 24, 2020, at Crestwood Nursing Home. Born in Valdosta on September 15, 1961, he was the son of the Carolyn Faye Kilcrease and the late William Harrell. Mr. Harrell worked for a paper company. He served in the Army National Guard and was a member of Clyattville Baptist Church. Chris had a bachelor’s degree in Botany. He was known for his green thumb and could tell you the name of any plant you asked him about. He enjoyed keeping his yard and loved to work on cars.
Survivors are his wife, Brenda Harrell, sons, Danny (Sarah) Smith, Michael Smith, four grandchildren, Lillian Smith, Keelie Smith, Clayton Smith, Conner Smith all of Valdosta; brothers, Lincoln Harrell, Wallace Harrell, sister, Lisa (Paul) Simmons; his mother, Carolyn Faye Harrell.
