Bob Welch

Bob Welch, 78, of Valdosta, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at his home. He was born on January 2, 1942 in Charleston, South Carolina to the late John Julian and Eunice Yvonne Welch. Bob loved to be outdoors, working in his yard, fishing, and hunting. He was a fan of Florida State football and Atlanta Braves baseball. He was retired from working in the HVAC industry for many years and the Valdosta BOE. Bob was proud to be a United States Navy Veteran, a true patriot. He was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his sons, Joe (Jacqueline) Welch, Buck Welch, of Valdosta; daughter, Stacy (Chris) Arquillo of Pennsylvania; grandchildren, Corey Anthony (Jenna) Welch, Isabella Arquillo, Elliana Arquillo, Carson Welch, Jacey Welch, Sanoi Burke; great grandchildren, Noah Welch, Kensley Welch, Nathan Welch; brothers, John J. Welch, William Bill Welch; and a sister, Judy Daughtrey. He was preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Kasey Welch.
