Aubrey Becton

Aubrey Becton, 52, of Hahira, died Saturday, February 10, 2007 at Coliseum Hospital in Macon, GA. He was born on August 11, 1954 in Augusta, GA. He worked at Rainbow Village in Dasher and was a member of Hahira First Baptist Church.

Mr. Becton is survived by his father and step mother, Benny and Gloria Becton of Hahira, five sisters and three brothers in law, Anita and Daniel Stinson of Dublin, GA, Betty and Terry Toema of Martinsburg, West Virginia, Lucretia Noll of Columbia, South Carolina, Tonia and Nook Nicewater and Sheila Becton of Falling Waters, West Virginia, one brother, Benjie Becton of Falling Waters, West Virginia, two half sisters, Jackie Flowers and Deborah Sapp of Quitman, one step sister and her husband, Jennifer and Dolan Wood of Dublin, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his mother, Kathleen Gilliam Becton.

Graveside funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 13, 2007 at one p. m. at Corinth Cemetery in Brooks County with Mr. G. R. Holton officiating. Burial will follow. The family will receive friends from six until eight p. m. Monday at the funeral home. Donations will be accepted for funeral expenses in lieu of flowers.
