Adam C. Darley

Adam C. Darley, 45 of Valdosta, went home to be with the Lord at his residence on Saturday, October 22, 2005 after a lengthy illness. Born on March 8, 1960 in Willacoochee, he was the son of Norma May Blackwell Darley currently of Douglas and the late Marvin H. Darley. Mr. Darley was an independent brick mason and a member of Bemiss Road Baptist Church.

Other survivors include his wife, Susan Hall Darley of Valdosta; two beloved daughters, Martina and Serena and his grandchildren; three sisters, Wanda Morris of Sparks, Ellen Phillip of Wray, Judy Elder of Middleburg, FL; six nieces; one great nephew and his best four legged friend, Josie.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2005 at Bemiss Road Baptist Church with Dr. Danny Edwards, Bro. West Parks, Bro. Chandler Register and Bro. Hal Whilden officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Carson McLane Funeral Home to help defray funeral expenses.
