Ruby E. Albonetti

Ruby E. Albonetti, 90, of Valdosta, died on Wednesday, December 6, 2017, at South Georgia Medical Center. Born in Hopewell, King George County, Virginia on March 12, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Joe Bechman England and Mamie Lee Combs England. Widow of the late Thomas Peter Albonetti, Ruby was a homemaker. She was active at the Valdosta Senior Center and participated with ACTO at Park Avenue United Methodist Church.
Survivors are her daughters and sons in law, Linda and Jerry Leinwol of Ocala, Florida, Mary Beth and Charles Francis, Catherine and Peter Falkenhausen of Valdosta; ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren; sister, Elizabeth Brinkley of Chester, Virginia; brother, Monroe England of Petersburg, Virginia. She was preceded in death by an infant son, John Joseph Albonetti.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the chapel of the Carson McLane Funeral Home. Deacon Peter Falkenhausen will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. On Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at 12 p.m. the family will receive friends at Chapey and Sons Funeral Home, 20 Hicksville Rd., Bethpage, NY, 11714.
