Richard Joseph Pippen, II, 40, of Ray City, died suddenly on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, in Lakeland. Born in Ogden, Utah on March 22, 1978, Richard had lived in South Georgia for the past 34 years. He was a caregiver.
Richard is preceded in death by his father, Linwood Carlton Pippen, his grandparents, Richard and Bernice Pippen, an aunt, Evelyn Cruze Pippen, and a nephew, Linwood Carlton Pippen II. Survivors include his mother, Samli (Charles) Ranson of Henderson, Nevada; sisters, Michelle (David) Lanier of Ray City, Patty (Mike) Tyson of Moultrie, Chasity (Billy) Hansel of Hahira; mother, Janice S. Pippen of Valdosta; aunt, Vicky Spikes of Valdosta; cousin, Aaron (Meredith) Cruze of Eaton, Ohio; great aunt, Azaleen Walters, great uncle, Raymond Williams of Fairmount, North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.
