Lessie Earline Cain Webb

November 10, 1923 — October 3, 2017

Earline Webb, 93, of Valdosta, Ga passed away on October 3, 2017 at the Heritage House of Valdosta, Ga. She was born to the late Alvin T. Cain and Lessie A. Cain on November 10, 1923 in Anniston, Alabama. She lived in Cook County most of her life. She worked in the public sector for several years. Earline was a member of the Adel Church of God. She was manager and owner of Sandy's Dress Shop in Tifton for several years. She enjoyed taking gifts to the Assistant Living Home in Sparks, Georgia each Christmas and distributing them to each person and helping others when she could and was able to prepare and do it. She loved her church and attended faithfully when she was able to go. She loved to cook and prepare for her family, for ministers and their families, evangelists and friends (i.e. also she prepared a meal for the famous Klaudt Indian Family singers and a quail supper for Mr. Robbie Robinson, President of the Bank of Lenox).
She had a great love for her family and enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Mom was a godly Mother who took her children and grandchildren to church, gospel sings, and taught them about Jesus. She was very proud of our Christian heritage. Our Mother and Granny will be greatly missed.
Earline was preceded in death by her husband, Mayo Webb; grandson, David Fennell; granddaughter, Angie Paulk; and son-in-law, Tom Neely. Survivors include her daughters, Dolly Neely, Mary Lou Paulk, Eveline Stone and her husband, Tim, all of Valdosta, Ga, Linda Greene of Jacksonville, Fl; a son, Billy Webb and daughter-in-law, Sandra Webb, of Adel, Ga; one sister, Jewell Robinson of Jacksonville, Fl; a sister-in-law, Edna Roland Cain of Sparks, Ga; and several nieces and nephews.
Grandchildren include: Lisa Hogan (Tim), Cindy Gibbs (Bruce), Julie Paulk, Regi Stone (Kim), Ron Stone, Debbie Fennell, John Webb (Renea), Buddy Webb (Renee), Selina McKenna (Ron), Lynn Ritter, and Sabrina Neely. Great grandchildren include: Bradley Moore (Alexis), Matt Moore (Meg), Tyce Moore, Tyler Gibbs, Regan Gibbs, Stephanie Bushman, Ashely Farris (Jay), Taylor Martin, Marissa Martin, Jarrett Neely, Marlana Clark, Kacidee Clark, Ana-Lei Romulo-Perez (Jimmy), Lindsey Stone, Sophia Stone, Eli Stone, Justin Smith, Thomas Smith, Jennifer Smith, Cassie Fennell, Tori McKenna, Brad McKenna, Harley Webb, Brinson Webb, Kenton Webb, Brooklin Ritter, Jacob Ellis, James Ellis, Heather Ivec and thirteen great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October, 6, 2017 at 11:00 am at the Adel Church of God with Charles Blair and Wayne Hughes officiating. Burial will follow at the Sparks, Ga Cemetery.
