Francis Talbott "Tal" Barnidge

F. Talbott Barnidge, 85, of Valdosta, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018. Tal was born on April 7, 1933 in Saint Louis, MO to the late Francis Harold Barnidge and Viola Bircher Barnidge. Tal was an U. S. Army Veteran who loved gardening, cooking and reading. He enjoyed going to church, Christ Episcopal, and spending time with family.
Tal is survived by his wife Norma Barnidge, and his children Frank Barnidge (Lisa), of Jacksonville, FL, Deborah (Dr. Robert) House, of Valdosta, Donna (Greg) Reed, of Delaware, and Russell Warren Bisbe, of Bluffton, SC, and ten grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren. Tal was preceded in death by his parents and son David Mathew Barnidge, and sister Mary Helen Kuenz.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Christ Episcopal Church in Valdosta with the Rev. Dr. Dave Johnson officiating. Condolences to the family may be conveyed online at www.mclanecares.com. Carson McLane.
